Jeremy is a specialist in leadership and culture transformation, drawing from an MSc in Organisational Psychology and over a decade working in human-centred consulting roles at Lane4 and EY.

He has a track record to be proud of, developing bespoke solutions, underpinned by the psychology of performance and delivering real impact for people and organisations.

He has worked with thousands of leaders across a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, financial services, elite sporting organisations, government and many more.
